Though they were efficient enough but the ride was not something I want to go through again. So last minute I researched other shuttle services in the LA area and I found Zippy. I was super busy with work so I didn't have time to to chase up with confirmations or to even look at other companies. I forgot the driver's name but he was the owner and he picked up on time like the email said. It worked so smoothly that if I were to be sent back to LA I will most definitely use them again!

We booked Zippy after reading horror stories about by SuperShuttle and Prime Time. Ken was very responsive and thorough when we first set up the reservation, which involved two legs - Burbank aiport to the San Pedro Cruise Terminal, and then Crowne Plaza to Union Station (we took the Coast Starlight back up to Seattle). Ken was both friendly and professional. He offered us bottled waters, which were welcomed. The van was clean and comfortable, and the ride to San Pedro was enjoyable. On the second leg, Dell was also friendly and professional. We were thrilled we could trust Zippy to get us where we needed to be on time and without a hitch - we recommend them wholeheartedly!!!

After researching a half dozen shuttle services for the Port of L.A. we were impressed with the overall reviews we read for Zippy Shuttle so we booked it for our NCL cruise that we took. He was very reasonable (for a group of 8 like we were), very professional, punctual (he arrived early both times), and a very honest and sincere person. He was also very entertaining so the time on the 405 flew by in both directions. We would DEFINITELY use him again and HIGHLY recommend his service!
After reading many positive reviews for Zippy Shuttle, I emailed them for a quote. We are a family of 5, I was looking for a private shuttle from LAX to Burbank roundtrip. I received a very prompt email response. I am very picky and definitely did my research prior to booking Zippy Shuttle. Many of the other shuttle companies have very mixed reviews. After we arrived at LAX and retrieved our luggage, I called Zippy Shuttle to confirm we were ready to be picked up. Ken (the owner) arrived in less than 2 minutes. He was so friendly and actually apologized for our 2 minute wait!!! He greeted us and helped us load our luggage into his van. His van was very clean, he even offered us bottled water.Our ride was very pleasant, we talked with Ken the entire trip. Our return trip back to LAX was just as pleasant.Ken is prompt with pickup, his service is definitely #1. Ken is very friendly, I would definitely recommend Zippy Shuttle to everyone!!!

We recently used this shuttle while on vacation in California and were quite happy with the service we received. We used their private van service - round trip from LAX to Long Beach.I received a response to my initial email requesting rate information rapidly - probably within 30 minutes of me sending it. After deciding to use this service, we did have a short round of phone tag when making the final arrangements (they were busy shuttling passengers and I was in and out running errands), but we still managed to connect within a few hours to set everything up. The drivers arrived on time to pick us up at LAX and at our hotel (we had a very early return flight, but that did not seem to bother the person who picked us up!). Both drivers were courteous and efficient.We had a very positive experience with Zippy Shuttle, and would use this service again when visiting the Los Angeles area.___________________________________________________________________________________

We used Zippy Shuttle to go to and from LAX in November. The cost is a little more than what you would pay for a competitor but it is worth the personal attention you will receive (if you happen to get Ken as your driver). On our way to the airport, we had a different driver (I don't remember what his name was). He was prompt in calling us to let us know he was going to be late, because it was raining that day and there had been an accident. Amazingly, he still got us to the airport on time. On our way back, we were picked up by Ken who was very friendly. It was a great relief not to have to drive around the airport searching for other passengers when all we wanted to do was go home. It was like having a private one-on-one service and for that, I'd gladly pay a bit extra.
